Your merchandise is so affordable. How?

We acquire our merchandise through several methods to ensure it is affordable. We acquire through jewelry store liquidations, overproduction, seasonal returns from major department stores, last season merchandise, and unused showcase samples.

What are showcase samples? Are they used?

Showcase samples are unworn, brand-new items that were displayed in trade shows and/or showrooms.

Are your listed products authentic?

All of our products are guaranteed to be authentic, including branded and unbranded merchandise.

What is your return policy?

You have up to 30 days to return your order, unless the items are promotional or otherwise final sale. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original packaging. Click here to see our full return policy.

What kind of products does Bloomgem sell? Where are the products from?

Bloomgem sells everything from jewelry and watches to accessories and fragrances. We acquire our merchandise through several methods to ensure it is affordable. Do you provide resizing and certification services?

Resizing is a flat rate of $25 per ring. Not all rings can be resized. If you have questions about our resizing services, email us at services@bloomgem.com. Unfortunately, we do not provide certification services at the moment.

Do you have a mobile app?

If your mobile device allows for it, you may receive a pop-up to download an app version of www.bloomgem.com. However, we do not currently have an app listed on the Apple App Store or on Google Play.

What are "showcase samples"?

Showcase samples are items that are unworn and came from retail showcases and/or trade shows. These items are available only in very limited quantities (while supplies last).

What are "overproductions"?

Overproduction occurs frequently. Most factories manufacture about 10% over the order quantity in order to cover rejections during production for major distributors. When an order is complete, factories typically end up with approximately 6% of additional merchandise. These leftover productions, not purchased by the distributor, are referred to as overproduction. Overproduction occurs frequently.

What kind of condition do Bloomgem products come in?

Our merchandise may be categorized in the following conditions, which will be specified in the description of the particular item:

  • New
  • Open Box - Items are new and unworn. These items may have minor damage to the packaging.
  • Showcase Samples - Items are unworn and came from retail showcases or trade shows. Some samples do not have original packaging or tags. Showcase samples are only available in very limited quantities.
  • Preowned - May or may not come with original packaging or tags. This will be specified in the description of the particular item.

Do items come in original packaging and with paperwork?

Unless stated otherwise in the description of a particular item, all items should be expected to come in original packaging and paperwork.

How are your diamonds and gemstones graded?

Our diamonds and gemstones are graded to GIA standards by our GIA-certified staff.

How do I place an order on www.bloomgem.com?

You may order from Bloomgem through our website: www.bloomgem.com. We do not accept telephone orders at the moment.

What is the 48-Hour Clearance Sale promotion?

The 48-Hour Clearance Sale is a special promotion that lasts for only 48 hours to make room for incoming merchandise. Items in the 48-Hour Clearance Sale are heavily discounted and are final sale. Current promotions are listed on the homepage.

What is the “heart” icon next to each item?

Clicking on the “heart” icon is the same as adding an item to your Wish List.

I can’t find a ring in my size, can you resize it?

To get the perfect fit, most rings can be resized up to one and half sizes up or down. We provide a resizing service for an additional fee of $25.

Rings that are eligible for our resizing services will be mentioned in the rings’ product description. You will be given the option to purchase the ring resizing service once you add a resizable ring to your cart.

Which types of payment methods are accepted?

The following forms of payment are accepted on www.bloomgem.com: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Jcb, and Diners Club, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Your payment information is secured by Stripe. If you do not see your preferred payment method listed, please contact us. Bank wire transfers may be arranged.

Can I cancel an order after I’ve placed it?

Yes, you may cancel your order. To cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of your purchase to avoid a charge. Orders may be canceled through email: orders@bloomgem.com

Can I add an item after I’ve placed an order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify an existing order once it is placed. An additional order must be placed.

How long will it take to get my order?

The length of time it will take to receive an order will vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen during checkout. On average, our standard shipping service for orders not containing fragrance is 3-5 business days, after an order has been processed.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to many countries, including Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan, and more. Please email us if you have specific shipping requirements.

Which international currencies do you accept as payment?

We currently only accept payment in U.S. dollars.

How much will I owe in duty and tax?

Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Bloomgem. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

When will my order ship?

Your order will typically ship within 3 business days of the purchase day.

How do I track my package?

You will receive an email notification with the tracking information. You can also register/log into your account to track your package.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and AFB/FBO addresses.

What are your shipping and delivery options (excluding fragrance) for U.S./domestic orders?

Standard U.S./domestic shipping is $6.99 with $2.99 for every additional item. Expedited and priority shipping upgrades are available at Checkout. All orders over $500 will be required to ship with Signature Confirmation. This option will be available during checkout.

What are your shipping and delivery options for fragrance for U.S./domestic orders?

If your order contains fragrance, your order must be shipped via ground shipping to comply with regulations regarding transporting flammable materials. Fragrance can only be shipped to an address located in the continental U.S. Standard U.S./domestic shipping for fragrance is $8.99 with $2.99 for every additional item. Expedited and priority shipping upgrades are available at Checkout. All orders over $500 will be required to ship with Signature Confirmation. This option will be available during checkout.

What are your shipping and delivery options for international orders?

Standard international shipping is $17.99 with $6.99 for every additional item. Expedited and priority shipping upgrade are available at checkout. We do not ship fragrances to international addresses, outside of the continental U.S.

Can I change the shipping address after I’ve placed an order?

Yes, you may change the shipping address after you have placed an order. You must do so within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Email us immediately orders@bloomgem.com with your order number and the new address.

When is a signature required to deliver my order?

All orders over $500 must be confirmed by signature upon delivery.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, you may exchange your order within 30 days. We only accept returns of unworn, unwashed products with all original packaging intact and tags attached. Can I return items that were purchased from the “48-Hour Clearance Sale” promotion?

Items bought from the “48-Hour Clearance Sale” are non-refundable. You may, however, receive store credit for these items if they are returned within allotted return period.

Can I return a customized/resized ring?

We accept returns for customized/resized rings if the rings were customized/resized by Bloomgem staff upon purchase. We do not accept customized/resized rings if they were altered by outside sources.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed by Bloomgem between 1-2 business days after your order is received. Once your refund is processed, it may take up to 7 business days for your banking institution to clear the refund.
