Returns & Exchanges

Returns
For jewelry, we only accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

For watches, fragrance, accessories, eyewear, loose diamonds, and loose gemstones, we only accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your purchased items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received them it. Items must be in original packaging with all tags intact.

Fragrance is exempt from being returned if its packaging seal is opened or broken. 

Additional non-returnable items include gift cards.

To complete your return, an RMA number for your returned item(s) is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, since we would not receive them and would subsequently be unable to refund you.

Once you received an RMA number, we will contact you via email with return instructions. Please follow them carefully. We will not accept delivery of packages that do not comply with our return instructions, such as a missing RMA number.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Promotional Sale and final sale items
Item(s) marked final sale or sold under our promotional extra discount sales can not be refunded. These item(s) are only eligible for store credit. If you have questions contact orders@bloomgem.com.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within, typically, 2 (two) business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, we suggest first contacting your banking or other financial institution. Typically, some banks and financial institutions take longer to process a refund. It may take up to 7 business day for your financial institution to post your refund. If you are still experiencing an issue with your refund, contact us at orders@bloomgem.com 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@bloomgem.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

By purchasing on www.bloomgem.com, you agree to take delivery of your order. We reserve the right to deduct and/or charge you a return shipping fee for any package sent back to us as "Refused" or marked as "Return to Sender."
